YTSK II: Chapter XXXV

Explosive bullets erupt from Yan's arms, creating a chaotic maelstrom that fills the air with the noise of deadly detonations. DH, utilizing the ki techniques he had learned from his late master Juq, strains to maintain a protective forcefield against the relentless assault.
The pressure in the battleground intensifies as DH's energy reserves dwindle. Each explosive bullet deflected takes a toll on his strength. Yan screams: "I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU DH!" DH is desperately trying to conjure a new strategy. "I CAN SEE YOU THINKING! TELL ME, WHAT FUNNY THING ARE YOU PLANNING NOW?"
The unfortunate truth is that DH no longer has any plan. He had gambled everything on destroying Yan's sight, and failed. As Yan's onslaught continues and DH is being slowly pushed back, he feels the weight of defeat settling upon him, threatening to drown him in the depths of the abyss. Yet, despite his hopelessness, his unbending bitterness and anger leads him to maintain his energy barrier at any cost, to deny Yan her victory as long as possible.
Yet, for all the tenacity he displays in this struggle, somewhere in the back of his mind, Dragon Historian welcomes his imminent demise. The loss of his father had left him scarred with unceasing anger and rage, and in the past year, not a day had passed since then were he had felt relaxed or content. He had always been haunted by the idea that, even if he avenged Jake and killed Yan, the wound of losing his father was one that would never heal. But DH, ever tenacious, surpresses the thoughts. "I will not... give up."
Possessed by intense, murderous vengeance towards Yan, DH continues the fight. It is at this moment of partial self-doubt that a spectral voice echoes through the recesses of his mind. It is the voice of his father, Jake, long gone but still resonating with an undying spirit. "DH, my son! You can do it! You have the strength within you!" the ethereal voice encourages, a beacon of hope in the sea of chaos. "You have to achieve the power of autonomous ultra instinct. It's the only way to defeat Yan." "Is it possible to learn this power?" "Yes. You will automatically attain it if you defeat Yan in a rap battle." "Thank you father, I'll do my best."
DH:
Yo, Yan, you think you're tough, but you ain't seen nothing yet,
I'm the warrior of vengeance, ready to make you regret.
You may be a demi-goddess, but I'm fueled by my pain,
I'll take you down and wash away all your disdain.
Yan:
Ha! You talk big, but your rhymes are weak,
I'll crush your spirit, leave you feeling meek.
I'm the queen of destruction, you're just a lost soul,
I'll tear you apart, leave you in a deep, dark hole.
DH:
You may have power, but you lack heart and soul,
I'll break through your facade and take back control.
My father's spirit guides me, gives me strength to fight,
I'll unleash my fury and send you into the night.
Yan:
You're nothing but a puppet, controlled by your past,
I'll cut your strings and leave you aghast.
I'll show no mercy, I'll bring you to your knees,
You're no match for me, I do as I please.
DH:
You may have the upper hand for now, but it won't last,
I'll rise from the ashes, stronger than in the past.
I'll tap into my instincts, unleash my true power,
I'll defeat you in this battle, make you cower.
Yan:
You think you can defeat me, but you're just a fool,
I'll crush your hopes and dreams, leave you broken and cruel.
I am the ultimate force, unstoppable and fierce,
I'll put an end to your existence, make it disappear.
DH:
But I won't back down, I'll stand tall and proud,
I'll shout my defiance, clear and loud.
I'll channel my energy, focus my mind,
I'll defeat you in this battle, leave you far behind.
You may have the power, but I've got the heart,
I'll tear down your walls, tear your lies apart.
I'll rise above you, reach heights you can't see,
I'll show the world what it truly means TO BE FREEEEEEEEEE!!!
DH breathes heavily. "Yes... I have done it. I have won the rap battle, and now I can reach autonomous ultra instinct!" He starts to feel transformed, ethereal, divine, as if the heavens themselves are answering his cry for help. Suddenly, his ki is re-invigorated, and in order to tap into his power DH unleashes primal scream that seems to shake the very foundations of reality:

The violent energy radiating from DH causes seismic tremors that reverberate across the entire planet. The very ground shakes as if acknowledging the titanic struggle taking place at the bottom of the ocean.
Zed grabs the scouter Koopinator had built several decades ago. "The power level of that there Dragon Historian is a-climbin'..." Tenax inquires: "Zed, what does the scouter say about his power level?" Zed takes the scouter off his face and screams: "IT'S OVER 9000!!!", before crushing it.
Fahad is birdwatching in a failed attempt to find a redwing, and the earthquake causes a rock to fall and crushes the bird. He spurts out "Whatever man" and ignores the earthquake.
Pepita is researching IRA activity when the earthquake causes her pepsi to spill. She screams and says "waddafuk???"
Pleb is impressed. "I feel a great energy coming from the realm of the living. Has Dragon Historian achieved autonomous ultra instinct?"
Mellon is oven cooking several one-of-a-kind mapping sources to bring to thanksgiving “Oh those one-of-a-kind mapping sources really are turning a golden brown in this oven, oh I love this oven so so much man, I love this oven even more than my girlfriend” (earthquake hits) “oh god what’s happening, oh no is this an earthquake? Fuck I forgot what the school drills told me to do, why is a crack forming in the ground? NO THE EARTH IS SWALLOWING MY OVEN, MY FUCKING OVEN, NOOOOOOHOHOHOOO IT’S GONE”
Dodolulupepe, still laying in a hospital bed, is stunned when he feels the Earth shaking underneath him. "What? What in the world is this?"
Chilneun is playing Apex Legends 1v3. He gets a killstreak and kills two in a row, but the Earthquake shuts his computer off. "What the fuck was that? What the hell was that Earthquake?"
DH breathes heavily. "I've done it. I can feel... everything. And I have reached... autonomous ultra instinct."
After screaming for a sufficiently long time, DH is ready. He can feel the entire universe. His hair now glows a bright silver. He then disables his forcefield, and dodges all of Yan's bullets. Even when they explode at his feet or around him, he is still fast enough to dodge the shrapnel.
Yan is flabbergasted. "Are you seriously dodging every piece of shrapnel!? You... what... what are you?"
DH responds. "Watashi wa uchū no kibō desu. Heiwa o motomeru subete no seimeitai no kotae desu. Watashi wa muku na monotachi no shugosha desu. Watashi wa yami no naka no hikari desu. Watashi wa shinjitsu desu. Zen to iu mikata! Akumu to anata!"
(*I am the hope of the universe. I am the answer to all living things that cry out for peace. I am protector of the innocent. I am the light in the darkness. I am truth. Ally to good! Nightmare to you!*)
Yan yells. "HOW ARE YOU SPEAKING WITH SUBTITLES IN REAL LIFE!?"
Ignoring Yan's question, DH bolts across the floor, fast as quicksilver. Yan continues to shoot at him in futility, but DH, now empowered by Ultra Instinct, finds the bullets as easy to outrace as snails.
Within a fraction of a second, DH reaches within striking distance of Yan. He then picks her up and throws her on the floor. Then, DH runs towards her and imprints his left foot onto Yan's chest and his right foot onto the floor. DH then proceeds to move his left foot forwards while keeping his right foot clenched, in order to shove Yan forwards. After moving Yan forwards half a meter, he takes a single step forwards with his right foot so that he repeat the process. He then repeats this again and again with amazing speed. With the awesome speed of Ultra Insinct, he quickly manages to shove Yan across the floor at a speed of 200 meters per second, going in circles in order to avoid hitting the wall.
DH screams. "WATASHI NO CHIKARA WA SAIDAI DESU!!!" (*MY POWER IS MAXIMUM!!!*)
However, after 30 seconds, DH loses his ultra instinct powers and screams: "NANI?!!!". He thinks: "*What the fuck, why is there a time limit! What now? Wait, wait, wait, I know!*"
DH halts his advance and clenches Yan still and fast to the ground as he tries to think of a new strategy. Unbeknownst to DH, he had stopped just one metre away from a mallet named the *Kers dyxjubf fiiii*; the very mallet that Yan had used to pulverize Orion's genitals.
Yan sees the mallet and reaches for it, aiming to strike Dragon's balls using the war hammer with a force of 40k pounds. As she stretches her arm, DH also notices the hammer, and, keen on maintaining the attack on the titaness, shoots a ki blast at the mallet, hurling it 1984 metres away. He then begins rapidly stomping her, alternating between stomping her arms and legs to force her to stay on the ground. He also stomps Yan on the face once every 4 seconds.
Yan thinks. "*What's the point of stomping in me in the face? Is he just... doing that to annoy me?*" She speaks up: "Why... (*stomped on face*) you... (*stomped on face again*) insect... (*stomped on face again*)"
She continues her train of thought. "*Alright... I just need to wait for the teleportation cooldown to end, and then I can throw this moid into a volcano and be done with him... Just a little longer... Right... about...*"
2 minutes and 58 seconds after Yan had last teleported, DH kicks her in the face. 1 and a half seconds later, he hauls his right foot backward to give the appearance that he will kick her again, but quickly shakes his shoe in order to eject the bottom of his foot. When he thrusts his right foot forwards, he suddenly halts his foot mid-thrust. The sudden stop in his thrust creates momentum, causing the shoe to slip off his foot and be propelled towards Yan's face. Yan reflexively grabs the shoe in anticipation of being kicked and immediately teleports away.
When Yan completes her teleportation, she arrives at the Hunga Tonga–Hunga Haʻapai volcano. Continuing her reflex, she tries to throw Dragon Historian into the volcano, which is currently erupting. However, immediately after throwing the shoe, she realizes that she had been tricked. "Wait, that wasn't DH... No, no, NO! God. Fucking. Damnit. *Sigh*"
DH is jubilant. "I did it! Yan's gone, and I have the lair all to myself. What now?"
